oatmeal smoothie



ok so my sister has been talking about this oatmeal smoothie and i tried it yesterday for the first time at her house- so good and really kept me full. i just had one for breakfast and i really like it. here's the recipe:
1/2 banana
1 cup water
ice cubes (i used about 8)
1/2 TBl. peanut butter
... 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
3 TBL. ground rolled oats (used a coffee grinder or super fine food processor- the consistency looks like flour)
mix it all together.
you can add some honey if you want it extra sweet but i like it without!
