Monster Truck Waffles

I'm not sure of how the same began, but ever since Ethan was little he has called Belgium waffles Monster Truck Waffles. Whatever you call them they are amazingly delicious. We love our with homemade strawberry sauce.

Strawberry Sauce

2 cups pureed strawberries (I use fresh)

2 cups water

1 cup sugar

Bring this to a boil and then add 1 TSP cornstarch.

Add in 2 cups of slices strawberries and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

While this is the real recipe, mine is never measured or the same. I add water and strawberries depending on how thick I want it or how many strawberries I have left over.
