Buffalo Chicken Bites

Super delicious snack for football night. These are easy to make and my 4 year old loved helping. She's great at shaking the bag of crushed cornflakes- only a little ended up on the floor! Extra nice perk about these is that you can make them in the morning or freeze them to cook later. Love food I can prepare before it's crunch time.
